# ABC Supply

The ABC Supply Connector uses **OAuth 2.0**. This is a secure, industry-standard "handshake" that allows XBuild to communicate with ABC Supply without you ever having to manually copy and paste complex codes or manage secret keys.

You must be logged into XBuild as an Administrator to add the ABC Supply Connector. Connectors require an XBuild Pro Subscription Plan or greater.

### How to Enable the ABC Supply Connector

Setting up the connection takes less than a minute. You need to be logged into XBuild with an Administrator account.

#### 1. Start the Connection in XBuild

1. Log in to your XBuild dashboard.
2. Navigate to the **Settings** and then **Connectors** tab.
3. Locate **ABC Supply** and click **Connect**.

#### 2. Authenticate via myABCsupply

1. A new secure window will open, redirecting you to the **myABCsupply** login page.
2. Enter your **myABCsupply username and password**.
3. Review the permissions requested (this allows XBuild to view your product catalog and pricing).
4. Click **Allow** or **Authorize**.

#### 3. Finalize and Map Branches

1. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to XBuild.
2. If you have multiple ABC Supply accounts or ship-to locations, select your **Primary Branch** from the dropdown menu.
3. Click **Save Settings**.

#### 4. Multiple XBuild Locations

1. If you have **multiple XBuild locations** you need to go back to the **Business Profile** tab, select each office
2. Repeat the above steps for each additional office.

### Troubleshooting & Tips

* **Account Requirements:** You must have an active **myABCsupply** account to use this connector. If you only have a standard ABC Supply credit account but no online login, you can register at [myABCsupply.com](http://myABCsupply.com).
* **Session Timeout:** For security, OAuth "handshakes" may occasionally expire. If you notice pricing isn't updating, simply go to the Connectors tab and click **Reconnect** to refresh your credentials.
* **Pricing Discrepancies:** Ensure your "Ship-To" address in XBuild matches your primary ABC branch, as pricing can vary slightly between different branch locations.
